In this scene prakash raj ( actually enacting Karunanidhi ) is trying to use Mohal lal's popularity ( its MGR) for his political gains ... Mohan lal doesnt realise the strength of his popularity ...Prakash raj shows it and convinces him to use it for his party's gain ... all these pictured awesomely in this 2 minutes video...
Mohan lal and Prakash Raj, no doubt are wonderful actors ..but their presense does less here ...the signatures of 2 ppl are visible in this scene ..one is Mani ratnam ..and the other is AR Rahman....Notice the drums beat when Mohan lal rises his hand ... no one could have done better ...
